The unemployment rate still holds at a whopping 9% nationwide and the outlook for college graduates finding a job is not a positive one. With this daunting unemployment rate, it is not surprising that Twentysomething Inc. found in their study, that over 85% of college graduates will be moving back home after school this year. However, young adults who have become independent and are used to living on their own, will now be expected to move back home and transition back to their parents' rules and guidelines. So why not make tricky process easier through use of a "Temporary Residence Agreement"? These agreements set clear expectations for both parents and children and make the transition for children coming back home, much easier. Take a sane approach and put it in writing! The best part? We are giving these agreements away for free this month!
